Palio CJ8000 Attack Forehand 40-42 Rubber is suitable for forehand, short / middle court, loop / attack. It is a good rubber for beginners with cheap price, good throw angle and spin.

“Surprisingly good for the price! Balanced all-around play, with perfect throw angle, good spin, and moderate speed (slow enough to control, fast enough to win points). Blocks, touch shots, & pushes are good; loops are very good; serves are OK. Excellent control, not sensitive to incoming spin, and very linear response. Can win points with either speed or spin. Am using 2.2 mm on Sanwei M8 blade, both sides, which I find to be a comfortable and effective combination. Red weighs 61g uncut, black is 63g uncut; about 15g removed in cutting. I prefer it to 729 Cream (which has less control and less effectiveness against opponent), Butterfly Wakaba (which gives less spin), and probably to LKT Pro XT (which has a lower throw angle).”
